معرفی:

پمپ پریستالتیک که نام دیگر آن پمپ غلتکی می باشد جز پمپ های جا به جایی مثبت محسوب می شود و می توانند سیالات گوناگونی را پمپاژ نمایند. در این پمپ ها یک لوله یا تیوپ انعطاف پذیر وجود دارد که سیال در آن به کمک چندین غلطک، کفشک یا جاروبک به جریان در می آید. از مزایای پمپ های پریستالتیک عدم تماس سیال با محیط بیرون و در نتیجه عدم ورود آلودگی به سیستم می باشد. میزان استهلاک در پمپ های پریستالتیک حداقل می باشد زیرا سیال تنها با جداره داخلی لوله در تماس است و نیاز به استفاده از پکینگ، آب بند، شیرآلات و یا اورینگ نمی باشد.

از جمله کاربری های این پمپ می توان به انتقال، تزریق و فیلتراسیون مایعات شکننده و حساس، سیالات ترکیبی، سیالات ساینده یا خورنده، سیالات نامطبوع یا آلوده کننده اشاره نمود و در بسیاري از سیستم هاي بیولوژیک مانند حرکت مجاري معده و روده، انتقال مواد مختلف مانند خون، رزین، حلال، آب میوه های پالپ دار نیز از پمپ های پریستالتیک استفاده می شود.

Description:

A peristaltic pump is a type of positive displacement pump used for pumping a variety of fluids, they are also commonly known as roller pumps. The fluid is contained within a flexible tub fitted inside a circular pump casing (though linear peristaltic pumps have been made). A rotor with a number of “rollers”, “shoes”, “wipers”, or “lobes” attached to the external circumference of the rotor compresses the flexible tube. As the rotor turns, the part of the tube under compression is pinched closed (or “occludes.”) thus forcing the fluid to be pumped to move through the tube. Additionally, as the tube opens to its natural state after the passing of the cam (“restitution” or “resilience”) fluid flow is induced to the pump. This process is called peristalsis and is used in many biological systems such as the gastrointestinal tract.

Peristaltic pumps deliver pulsatile flow. The frequency and amplitude of oscillations required to obtain a given flow rate vary between pumps by the number of rollers, their rotation frequency and the diameter of the tubes. Most peristaltic pumps are software-driven to automate protocols such as periodic injection or simple flow variations.

Peristaltic pumps do not require pumped fluid to be continually present pumps can run dry, without costly downtime or repairs. The recovery of the hose or tube creates a powerful self-priming action and allows the pumps to move liquids containing entrapped air or that can off-gas.
